No.4 is located within a 500 year old Spanish villa, directly in the centre of the old town. It is said to be one of the oldest existing houses in the town. According to the story the house used to belong to the famous Spanish composer Ricardo Benavent Feliu in the 19th century, who left the villa to his two sons. After his death the house was split into two parts, and one of them became No.4.
The house has been tastefully upgraded during a process of renovation spanning five years and includes not only aesthetic refurbishments but also structural improvements. The freshly renovated villa offers unique rustic interiors with its stone walls, Tosca arches, high ceilings, and Moorish furnishings and décor. The designers endeavoured to combine the local historic influences with more contemporary features to give the interior a fresh yet nostalgic look and feel.
